Momentary Order

It was a race against time. Every bite of food into his mouth was a second off the clock as I hurried around the kitchen. Sweeping, mopping (with my beloved Shark), throwing a load into the dishwasher, scrubbing the table, wiping the counters, picking up toys, running everything that belonged upstairs up the stairs…. *phew*

And now, for a moment at least, my kitchen is clean.”Take a picture, it will last longer.” That’s exactly what I did.

Now if only I had time to read the magazines laid out on the cart...

  1. This is my life (not the clean kitchen, the race against two occupied-for-a-moment toddlers). The kitchen is clean at 5 when I get up and around 9, right before I collapse :) Cute island, by the way. I don't think you guys had that last time we were over.
